2.1 Age Requirement. Use of the wagi Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of registration. This age restriction is imposed in compliance with applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. wagi employs age-verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
2.2 Geographic Restriction. The Platform is operated in accordance with the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"). It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. wagi makes no representation that the Services are available or permissible in locations outside its licensed territory.
2.3 Capacity. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
3.1 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
3.2 Each person may hold only one (1) active account on wagi. The operation of multiple accounts โ whether under the same or different identities โ is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of funds.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify wagi immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. wagi is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money-laundering laws to verify the identity of its players. You agree to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, driver's license, or PhilSys National ID) and any additional documentation reasonably requested by wagi. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. wagi accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / โฑ).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit is โฑ100. wagi reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum transaction limits with reasonable notice.
4.3 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your wagi account are legally obtained, belong to you, and are free from any encumbrance or criminal origin. Deposits that appear to originate from or constitute proceeds of unlawful activity will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), as amended.
4.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours under normal operating conditions. wagi reserves the right to conduct additional due-diligence checks prior to releasing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding โฑ50,000 in a single transaction or โฑ200,000 in a rolling 30-day period.
4.5 Withdrawals will only be credited to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
5.1 wagi may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, or other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms which will be published alongside each offer and are incorporated into these Terms.
5.2 Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless expressly stated otherwise. wagi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
5.3 Abuse of bonuses โ including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or exploitation of system errors to generate artificial bonus credits โ will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to account termination.
5.4 wagi's decision on all promotional matters is final and binding.
6.1 All games available on the wagi Platform are governed by the individual game rules published within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail in respect of that specific game.
6.2 wagi's games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent testing laboratories. The outcome of each game round is determined solely by the certified RNG and cannot be influenced by wagi or any third party.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that results in an ambiguous or disputed game outcome, wagi reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the wagered stakes to the Player's account. wagi's determination in such circumstances is final.
6.4 Live dealer game results, sports betting outcomes, and bingo results as recorded by the Platform's servers shall be conclusive evidence of the final outcome.

8.1 All content on the wagi Platform โ including but not limited to software, graphics, game assets, trademarks, logos, and text โ is the exclusive property of wagi or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
9.1 The wagi Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wagi makes no warranty โ express or implied โ as to the Platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wagi's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
9.3 wagi shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or loss of gaming opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.1 wagi is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options, accessible from your account settings at any time.
10.2 You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that the house maintains a mathematical advantage in all casino games over the long term.

11.3 You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting wagi customer support. Any outstanding balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of standard KYC and AML checks.
12.1 wagi may amend these Terms at any time. Notice of material amendments will be provided via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where required by law or regulatory directive to take immediate effect.
12.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between you and wagi shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
13.3 wagi operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Players who believe they have a legitimate unresolved grievance after exhausting wagi's internal complaints process may raise the matter with PAGCOR through its official channels.
